Announcement from the Ministry of Finance: From May 1, 2021, some export tax rebates for steel products will be canceled. The specific product list is shown in the annex (including galvanized steel pipe, HS code 73063090). The specific execution time shall be defined by the date of export indicated on the customs declaration form for export goods.
