1. Define the access task before naming the system
Start with the work people must perform: façade installation, repair, painting, inspection, or material handling. Record shortages, damaged items, or uncertain compatibility before they enter the erection area.
The handover pack should bring together the approved drawings, component schedule, delivery record, erection information, inspection arrangements, and the responsible contacts. A concise, complete pack helps the site team verify what was supplied without treating a catalog image as an installation instruction.
