Ringlock Lattice Girder / Beam

Lattice girders are made of a framework of interconnected steel tubes, forming a truss-like structure that evenly distributes the load, enhancing the system’s overall load-bearing capacity and reducing the risk of localized failure. The lattice girders can be fabricated with welded ledger heads at both ends and are easily assembled on-site using the Ringlock Rosette system, saving time and reducing costs. Alternatively, lattice girders can also be set up with clamps directly, offering flexibility in different applications.

Lattice Girders are a crucial component in the Ringlock scaffolding system, designed to provide robust horizontal support across long spans or areas that require additional structural strength. They consist of a framework of interconnected steel tubes forming a truss-like structure, which distributes loads efficiently over a wider area.

Lattice girders are typically used in scenarios where the scaffolding needs to span large gaps, such as over entrances, roads, or other obstructions, without the need for additional vertical supports. This makes them especially valuable in projects like bridge construction, high-rise buildings, or complex industrial installations.

By integrating lattice girders into the Ringlock system, you can create larger, more stable working platforms, even in challenging environments. Their design not only enhances the scaffold’s load-bearing capacity but also contributes to the overall stability and safety of the structure, ensuring that it meets the demanding requirements of construction and industrial projects.
